Paid Services Agreement — Sole Proprietor I. I. Menshikov
This document is a public offer (hereinafter, the “Offer”) of Sole Proprietor Ivan Igorevich Menshikov (hereinafter, the “Contractor”), addressed to any legally capable individual or legal entity (hereinafter, the “User” or “Customer”) to enter into a paid services agreement on the terms set out below.
Pursuant to Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this Offer is an official proposal. Topping up the balance in the User’s personal account on mykreatool.com (hereinafter, the “Site” or “Service”) constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer (Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
Before paying, the User must read the terms of this Offer, as well as the Pricing, the payment and refund terms, and the Privacy Policy.
The Contractor provides the User with access to the MyKreaTool online service, a suite of AI-powered and automation web tools: text, image, audio, and video generation and processing, SEO audits, subtitle tools, file conversion, and other tools available on the Site.
The services are provided remotely via the Internet, in real time, without delivery of any physical media to the User (digital service).
Prices are set in Russian rubles. The Service’s unit of account is the credit: 1 credit = 1 Russian ruble. The User tops up their balance with credits, and the cost of each action is deducted from the balance when the tool is used.
The cost of each action in credits is shown in the tool’s interface before it is run. Current rates are listed on the Pricing page.
Upon registration, the User receives a welcome bonus of 50 credits.
Once payment is confirmed, credits are instantly added to the balance of the User’s personal account. The service is deemed rendered once the tool performs the requested action (generation, processing, conversion, etc.).
Since the service is digital and provided online, no physical delivery is required: the result is provided directly in the Site interface and/or made available for download.
Payment is accepted by VISA, MasterCard, and MIR bank cards, as well as via the Faster Payments System (SBP). Payment methods and security measures are described in detail on the Payment and Refunds page.
Credits added to the balance never expire and may be used at any time. Therefore, unused balances are not refunded on the grounds that the service was not used: the funds remain available on the balance.
A refund is issued if a paid service (a specific tool) turns out to be technically inoperable through the Contractor’s fault. In that case, the amount deducted from the balance for that use is refunded. The refund procedure is described on the Payment and Refunds page.
The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. The Contractor shall not be liable for any indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, except as expressly provided by the laws of the Russian Federation.
