MyKreaTool Service Usage Terms
1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between MyKreaTool ("Administration", "we") and individuals using the Service ("User", "you").
1.2. The Service is available at https://mykreatool.com.
1.3. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms in full.
3.1. MyKreaTool is a platform of tools for working with video, audio, documents, images, and AI content, including: video/audio/document conversion, video compression, OCR, YouTube video/subtitle download, thumbnail creation, and AI video tools.
3.2. Features may change. The Administration may add, modify, or remove features without prior notice.
4.1. Full functionality requires email registration. 4.2. You must provide accurate information. 4.3. You are responsible for account security and may not share access. 4.4. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately. 4.5. One account per User.
You may not: use the Service for illegal purposes; upload malware; infringe third-party copyrights; upload prohibited content (pornography, violence, hate speech, extremism); attempt unauthorized access; create excessive server load; use automated tools without permission; resell Service access.
6.1. All code, design, trademarks, text, and graphics of the Service belong to the Administration. 6.2. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 6.3. These Terms grant no IP rights beyond Service usage rights.
7.1. Content created or processed by Users belongs to Users. 7.2. You warrant that you have the necessary rights to uploaded content. 7.3. Files uploaded through tools are processed in memory and deleted automatically. We do not store or use user files. 7.4. The Administration is not responsible for User-uploaded content.
The Service offers both free and paid features. Current pricing is published on the website. Refund terms are provided at the time of subscription.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10.1. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. 10.2. We are not liable for: losses from use or inability to use the Service, data loss, processing results, third-party actions, or internet disruptions. 10.3. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or delete accounts for Terms violations. You may delete your account by emailing oz.ivan2020@gmail.com.
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. The current version is at /terms. Registered users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Administration's jurisdiction. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws apply. Disputes will be resolved by negotiation first, then by competent court.
