Payment methods, payment security, and refund policy
Payments are made online on the Site. Available methods:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and MIR bank cards, as well as payments via the Faster Payments System (SBP).
To pay by bank card, choose this option when topping up your balance. You’ll be taken to the bank’s secure payment page, where you’ll enter your card details:
If your card is enrolled in 3D-Secure, you will be automatically redirected to the issuing bank’s page to confirm the transaction.
Payments are processed via the acquiring bank’s secure payment gateway in line with the PCI DSS international security standard. Data is transmitted over SSL/TLS encryption and can’t be accessed by third parties. Card details are never stored on the Service’s servers; they are processed by the bank.
The service is digital and delivered online. Once payment is confirmed, credits are instantly added to your account balance and you can start using the tools right away. No physical delivery is required — results are provided right on the Site.
Credits added to your balance never expire: you can use them at any time, so unused balances are not refunded on the grounds that they weren’t used — the funds stay available in your balance.
Refunds are issued if a paid tool turns out to be technically inoperable due to a fault on the Service’s side. In that case, we refund the amount deducted from your balance for that use (not your entire top-up).
